JCI Central Luzon meets in Subic Bay

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines Central Luzon recently held their First Regional Council Meeting at the Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

The meeting was highlighted with the kick-off of various initiatives including: the Go Lokal partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 3, local tourism promotion project with the Department of Tourism (DOT), and a monthly CooLitan mental health series.

“As a leadership training organization, we invite young leaders to join us as we create sustainable programs that answer real needs in the community. The pandemic has taught us even more the need to come together and be part of the solution,” said Jason Gavina, JCI Philippines Central Luzon Regional Vice President.

JCI is a global movement of young active citizens 18-40 years old, helping better the community by empowering young leaders. JCI Philippines Central Luzon is composed of 9 active chapters located in different cities. Its 2021 Presidents are: Bjoris Taguinnes (JCI Tarlac City), Roy Leandro Reyes (JCI Mabalacat Malasa), Russel Tan (JCI Angeles City Culiat), James Carlo Bustos (JCI San Fernando Cabalen), Arby (JCI Magalang Mekeni), Paolo Realista (JCI Cabanatuan Golden Grain), BJ Banzon (JCI Bataan), Paul John Macadaan (JCI Olongapo) and Neil John Fabay (JCI Subic Lambat).
