Heat center blames self to lost vs Celtics

The Miami Heat could have gained the first ticket to this year’s NBA finals if not for a second half collapsed at the hands of the Boston Celtics who won, 121-108. The best-of-seven series is now 3-2 with Miami holding the lead.

Heat center Bam Adebayo took the blame for the lost and told the press that it was due to his performance on the court today.

Abedayo said, “I put that game on me. Not my teammates’ fault. Not my coaches’ fault. Me.”

This statement was despite an almost triple-double numbers of Adebayo with 13 points, eight rebounds, eight assists, one steal and one block in 38 minutes of play. The point output in his lowest in the ongoing series.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers can win their own series versus the Denver Nuggets tomorrow morning (9:00am, Manila Time). The Lakers currently have a 3-1 advantage.

Miami will get another chance to close out the Celtics and advance to the NBA Finals on Monday at 7:30 am.
