Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, has launched its 2025 Pride Month campaign in the Philippines under the theme “Thrive with Pride,” reaffirming its commitment to fostering an inclusive, empowering workplace for the LGBTQIA+ community. The campaign ran throughout June and featured a robust lineup of educational events, community engagements, and awareness activities aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
“Thrive with Pride – that’s exactly what we’re aiming for, not just this month, but every single day. Because Pride isn’t just about being visible. It’s about standing tall in who you are. It’s about creating space where everyone can belong, grow and be their truest selves – without apology,” according to Pat Haluag, VP for Global Operations and Chairperson of Pride at Foundever.
A highlight of the campaign was the Pride Summit 2025 titled “What Makes Up a Rainbow,” which explored the multifaceted significance of Pride across professional, personal, and societal dimensions. The summit brought together voices from various backgrounds to discuss the impact of inclusion and acceptance within and beyond the workplace.
The campaign also featured a series of educational initiatives, including wellness webinars on LGBTQIA+ mental health, HIV awareness sessions, and TransHealth Talk, where a licensed psychometrician offered insights into the transgender experience, the challenges of transitioning, and how to foster inclusive spaces.
In addition, Foundever released an episode of its Safe Space video series, “What’s Your SOGIESC?,” aimed at demystifying concepts around sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, while highlighting personal stories from within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Foundever associates actively participated in a photo contest and social media campaign, sharing personal reflections and experiences that captured what it means to truly “thrive with pride.” The campaign culminated in the company’s participation in Manila’s Pride March on 28 June 2025, where employees and allies marched in solidarity.
