JAIL time is what a fisherman faces after he was caught molesting a 10-year-old girl in Navotas City the other night.
The suspect, Raymond Silvestre, 42 years old. of Piscador St. Brgy. Bangkulasi, faces charges of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610.
In a report by PSSgt. Annloren Binalla to Navotas police chief Col. Dexter Ollaging, the victim named “Nora,” a Grade 4 student, was walking along Piscador Street when he chanced upon the suspect who was standing by himself at the said area around 9 p.m.
Then the suspect pulled the girl to the side and touched the private parts of the girl while smiling.
Out of fear, the victim immediately rushed home and told her mother what the suspect did to her. The two immediately sought police assistance from operatives of the Navotas Police Sub-Station 3 that resulted in the arrest of Silvestre.
