First ever female COP in Metro, installed in Malabon City

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) leadership has installed a female police officer in Malabon City.

In a turn over ceremony held at the Malabon City Police Office, former Chief of Police Jessie Tamayo welcomes Police Col. Angela Rejano.

NCRPO Director Major General Debold Sinas emphasized that Rejano’s virtue of qualifications and experiences will greatly result in the continuity of the Station’s great transformation.

Rejano was the former Chief of the Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division of the Metro Manila police command.

She was also tagged as the first female Chief of Police in Sorsogon City, the first female Provincial Director in the Province of Siguijor and the first female Training Director of Regional Training Center (RTC) 5, PNP Training Institute, Philippine Public Safety College.

Rejano will now lead over 500 police force and will maintain the peace and order of the 21 barangays with close to 380 thousand constituents in a highly urbanized and one of the most densely populated cities in the Philippines.
