THE Director-General of the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Dr. Rolando Enrique “Eric” Domingo announced that he is resigning from his post as FDA chief effective today, January 3, 2022.
Domingo cited no specific reason for his resignation.
In a message, the Department of Health confirmed Domingo’s resignation.
Dr. Oscar Gutierrez, FDA Deputy Director-General, will take over as Officer-in-Charge.
