“Navotas City is worth acknowledging and recognizing because of its success in its COVID-19 pandemic response,” pahayag ni Duque sa kanyang talumpati.

“We have conducted a series of dry runs to keep our vaccination teams ready for any eventuality. We want our rollout safe and smooth that’s why we also study the vaccination procedures of other countries so we may learn from their experiences,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.

“The city government has invited health experts to educate Navoteños about COVID-19 vaccines. We hope that as we correct misconceptions, we will also be able to allay their fears and eventually convince them to get vaccinated,” pahayag niya.
