A couple were shot and killed while inside their home in Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City.
In a report submitted to Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Brig. General Ronnie Montejo, the incident happened around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4.
According to the initial investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU), neighbors were suddenly awakened by a series of gunshots inside the victims’ house.
The neighbors failed to identify the culprits as it was too dark in the area.
Authorities identified the couples only with their aliases “Jonathan” and “Jackie” as live-in partners.
Police have recovered near their cadaver nine empty slugs from a .45 pistol.
Probers are still investigating the motive of the killings.
