Converge Rolls Out Rewards Program For MSMEs

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has launched a new rewards and engagement program to strengthen its relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprises beyond internet connectivity.

The company said its BizFriend Rewards program is designed to give MSME customers access to perks, curated experiences, and business growth opportunities as part of its broader push to position Converge SME Solutions as a long-term partner for entrepreneurs.

Converge SME Group head Dindo Marzan said MSMEs remain central to the company’s growth, adding that the program recognizes business owners not merely as subscribers but as partners.

“MSMEs are at the heart of our growth story, and BizFriend Rewards reflects how we value them beyond transactions,” Marzan said. “We want our customers to feel that they are not just subscribers, but partners we grow with.”

The program is built around three components: BizFriend Choice, BizFriend Chill, and BizFriend Circle.

BizFriend Choice provides customers with a selection of perks and freebies when they renew their contracts or upgrade their plans. Converge said the feature gives business owners more flexibility and added value from their subscriptions.

BizFriend Chill focuses on customer engagement through shared experiences, including private screenings, concerts, dining activities, and seasonal events. The company said the initiative is meant to build stronger ties with its MSME customers outside formal business settings.

BizFriend Circle, meanwhile, is designed to support business development by offering workshops, seminars, trade event exposure, and digital promotion opportunities. Converge said this component seeks to help MSMEs expand their networks, improve capabilities, and reach more customers.

Thirdee Deacosta, loyalty and retention manager at Converge, said the program was created to make MSME customers feel valued for the work they put into building their businesses.

Angela Gutierrez, vice president and head of Converge SME Marketing, said the company wants to build a stronger community around its MSME customers through the program.

“With BizFriend Rewards, we are creating a community where our customers feel supported every step of the way,” Gutierrez said.

Converge said the initiative forms part of its effort to deepen customer engagement in the MSME connectivity market by combining rewards, lifestyle experiences, and business support.
