Concentrix, a Fortune 500® global technology and services leader and the Philippines’ largest private employer with over 100,000 employees nationwide, has officially launched KALIX: an industry-first, fully integrated health hub dedicated to its workforce and their eligible dependents.
The name KALIX is derived from the Filipino words “kalusugan” (health) and “kalinga” (care), combined with “ix” for intelligent experience. This pioneering facility is designed to provide free, holistic, and technology-enabled healthcare services to eligible Concentrix employees, called “game-changers,” and their families.
The pilot KALIX hub, located at Exxa Bridgetowne, can accommodate about 28,000 eligible employees from various sites and work-from-home setups in Metro Manila. It offers comprehensive services, including primary care, multi-specialty consultations, diagnostics, physical therapy, heart screenings, and preventive care such as annual physical exams and executive check-ups — all without affecting employees’ existing HMO limits.

The hub’s experienced medical team includes doctors, nurses, medical technologists, a drug test analyst, a radiology technician, and a clinic manager. Through KALIX’s secure digital platform, patients can easily book appointments, access results, and manage records — streamlining the healthcare journey from start to finish.
