LAGUNA-A local businessman was gunned down by two unidentified culprits while riding his motorcycle along National Highway in Barangay Nueva, San Pedro City, Laguna Friday morning.
Authorities identified the victim as 66 years old Manolito Escudero, a funeral parlor owner, presently residing in Barangay Sto, Nino.
Escudero died instantly from two gunshot wounds in his head while suspects both wearing black jacket and helmet immediately fled the scene.
A manhunt operation against the perpetrators are still being conducted by authorities.
Police has yet to know the motive of the killing.
