BDO Unibank, Inc. announced today that it has re-opened its mall-based branches for Saturday banking until 4:00pm.
The move was made by BDO in order to aid the country as it hopes to attain gradual economic recovery after several months of varying levels of community quarantines. This, following the bank’s move to open all branches nationwide in mid-November.
It can be recalled that when ECQ was declared, BDO strived to keep as many of its branches open while observing health and safety measures.
While many establishments were still operating on shortened business hours, several branches of BDO Unibank, Inc. and BDO Network Bank remained open until 4 pm. These branches were all ready to accommodate various banking needs, including Forex and encashment requirements, as part of BDO’s promise to keep its products and services within reach by its clients.
BDO continues to assure its clients that branch personnel, including office-based employees, undergo regular health checks while its premises are managed under the most stringent safety protocols. Inside every branch, personnel and clients are required to wear facemasks and face shields at all times, apply hand sanitizers, and observe social distancing.
