“Bilang isang mambabatas, isinusulong natin ang Philippine School of the Future in Technology Act na naglalayong i-modernize ang ating school system, itaguyod ang flexible learning in the basic education curriculum, maghatid ng internet connectivity sa mga public schools, i-improve ang mga alternatibong paraan ng pag-aaral at magtatag ng online learning portals para sa ating mga mag-aaral,” Congresswoman Roman said.

Her proposed Philippine Online Library aims to be used even offline making all books being used in public and private schools available online and downloadable.

Meanwhile, Gov. Garcia said if the program became successful, they will also provide tablets to younger students starting next year as the province embrace the new normal caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The said program is also supported by Bataan 2nd District Rep. Joet Garcia.
