CAMP VICENTE LIM, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA–Six armed men forcibly entered a house and took valuables, jewelries, including an SUV,, and kidnapped two out of the four members of the household in Brgy. Pacita 2, San Pedro City, Laguna.
Calabarzon Regional Director Police Brig. Gen Felipe Natividad identified the kidnapped victims as Jonathan Flores David and Vins Flores. The two that were left behind were Rica Arisco Bartolome and Ruffa Arisco Bantog.
Police said that at around 8:30 p.m., six unidentified men with long firearms, wearing black jackets and pants with cap and face masks, entered the victims’ house in Block4 Lot 1 Beach Nut St., Southview Homes 1, Brgy. Pacita 2, San Pedro City
The four victims were tied up using phone charger wires then proceeded to ransack the house and took assorted jewelries, rubber shoes, ATM cards, a driver’s license, four smartphones, cash worth Php 50,000, one laptop and one Fortuner color dark/grey, model 2018 that the group used as getaway vehicle.
After collecting their loot, the suspects forcibly took Jonathan and Vins then fled toward an unknown direction using the victims’ car.
San Pedro Police Station operatives, Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO), including the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team immediately conducted a dragnet operation for the immediate arrest of the suspects.
