To reduce the impact of the on-going pandemic, businesses of all sizes go digital and adopt cloud-based solutions as part of the new normal. Across all industries, companies had to accelerate their digital transformation strategies at a massive scale and a lower cost — digital transformation initiatives via the cloud.

Apper is a Filipino multi-cloud, digital innovations company with expertise in merging strategy and delivery to improve the core offerings of their clientele.

According to the company, digital transformation strategies are best implemented using cloud platforms, as they provide businesses with flexibility in costs, agility to scale quickly, greater security, and better overall performance.

“Businesses must really pivot to the digital arena, as it is a critical moment due to the current global crisis. Today, digital transactions continue to grow at a rapid pace, as everyone adapts to the new normal. Cloud platforms provide businesses with greater agility, and access to cutting edge technology, which are two aspects required to pivot into the digital realm,” according to Diwa Del Mundo, Co-founder and Chief Principal Architect of Apper Digital, Inc. (Apper).

Businesses may migrate to the cloud and simply tap into Apper’s expertise to cut the learning curve in their decision-making, allowing them to focus more on their operations, and to innovate seamlessly.

BeautyMnl.com, a lifestyle eCommerce platform, has partnered with Apper to further develop and scale its operations during this pandemic. The eCommerce platform was able to implement Amazon Web Services (AWS) that allowed the automation of software releases, resulting in a 75% reduction in deployment time.

Apper also empowered BeautyMnl to reduce provisioning time for its application environments by 168x from one (01) week to one (01) hour through the implementation of end-to-end cloud infrastructure.

With its current workforce of ten (10), Apper has under its belt a total of twenty-four (24) cloud certifications from its partners: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

“Our goal is to bridge the knowledge gap for digital innovations. Through the cloud, businesses can reach more customers beyond their domain and provide them with services at a faster, much more efficient way,” according to Patrick Zulueta, Apper Co-founder and Director of Marketing.

Globe Telecom and Yondu has recently tapped Apper for innovation and cutting edge technology. As of September 2020, Apper has helped Globe accelerate the adoption of 5G, to include cloud gaming. The telco was able to test the possibility of enabling players to play graphics-heavy games without needing a console or a high-powered computing gadget. This was done by marrying cloud technology and 5G low-latency with ultra-fast Internet connection speed.
