P13 billion in damages to crops, infrastructures in #UlyssesPH aftermath

The recent typhoons that pummeled the country in just a week has damaged over P13 billion worth of agriculture and infrastructure in Luzon.

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), about P8.69 billion of infrastructure in the Ilocos region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol region, Cordillera administrative region (CAR), and Metro Manila were totally destroyed.

While about P4.21 billion worth of agriculture were damaged in the Ilocos region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol region, CAR, and the National Capital Region (NCR).

Typhoon Ulysses is said to be the strongest typhoon yet being recorded this year.
