Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, is strengthening its commitment to employee engagement, environmental stewardship, and workplace culture through the launch of “Trail Mix,” a hiking and conservation-focused employee group under its internal engagement program, Circles at Foundever.
The group’s inaugural activity was held in June at the Masungi Georeserve, where 30 associates took part in a conservation-oriented trek along the Legacy Trail. The initiative combined outdoor exploration with ecological preservation, as participants engaged in pruning, weeding, mulching, and nurturing trees — activities that aligned with the company’s sustainability goals and advocacy for responsible corporate citizenship.
“Trail Mix is more than a club—it’s an opportunity to reinforce the values that drive our business. By encouraging associates to pursue passion-driven projects, Foundever creates a more resilient, connected and purpose-aligned workforce,” according to Vida Haboc, Senior Director for Operations at Foundever in Baguio.
The event also supported physical and mental well-being through Foundever’s global EverBetter program, with participants’ activities logged via the United Heroes app. The integration of wellness and environmental action reflects the company’s belief in holistic employee development.
Circles at Foundever, which launched as part of the company’s cultural transformation in the Philippines, serves as a platform for community building, leadership growth, and personal development. The program includes interest-based groups ranging from sports and lifestyle to employee resource groups (ERGs), fostering diversity, inclusion, and innovation across teams.
Through a gamified rewards system, accredited Circles earn recognition for participation, cross-functional collaboration, and social impact. Groups receive institutional backing to ensure compliance, security, and alignment with company branding, making them both employee-driven and strategically beneficial for the organization.
“Programs like Circles are not just perks — they’re key to talent retention, leadership development, and organizational agility. By backing associate-led initiatives, we invest in a culture that supports business growth from the inside out,” said Haboc.
