Global customer experience (CX) leader Foundever® recently held a nationwide celebration in the Philippines to honor and empower women in the workplace. With the theme “We Win With Women: Leaders’ Summit,” the initiative emphasized the importance of inclusivity, leadership development, and gender equality across all levels of the organization.
The summit featured a dynamic lineup of activities designed to celebrate the strength and contributions of women within the Foundever community. Among the highlights were curated markets showcasing sustainable, handcrafted products and pre-loved fashion items. These pop-up shops served not only as an avenue to promote environmental consciousness but also as a platform for women entrepreneurs within the company to share their crafts and stories.
A key feature of the event was a powerful discussion on Preventing Sexual Harassment (POSH) in the workplace. The open and honest dialogue, moderated by Operations Director Cora Pangan-Pia and joined by Legal Director Marianne Bernardo, HR Director for Employee Relations Shalymar Bartolome, and Vida Haboc, reiterated the company’s zero-tolerance policy on harassment. The session also underlined Foundever’s ongoing efforts to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees.
Foundever has consistently championed gender equality. In the Philippines, 56% of its workforce comprises women, who hold 60% of site leadership roles and account for 46% of all management and executive positions. Over the past two years alone, more than 1,200 women have been promoted internally, making up more than half of all career advancements in the company.
These achievements reflect Foundever’s firm commitment to developing women leaders and ensuring equal opportunities across the board. By nurturing a culture of empowerment and inclusion, the company continues to lead the way in redefining what a truly equitable workplace looks like.
Through initiatives like the Leaders’ Summit, Foundever not only celebrates the contributions of women but also reaffirms its belief that when women rise, everyone benefits.
