SMC opens vaccination site in Bataan

A NEW vaccination site, which can accommodate up to 300 persons daily, was opened Monday morning in the municipality of Limay in the province of Bataan.

The vaccination site was made possible through the partnership between San Miguel Corporation (SMC) and the local governments of Bataan and Limay. It is part of SMC’s nationwide “Ligtas Lahat” vaccination drive that will benefit A4 workers.

SMC’s COVID19 vaccination program also covers major cities outside Metro Manila, where the company has significant operations and employees, in support of the government’s aggressive efforts to immunize essential workers and fast-track the country’s economic recovery. 

SMC and Petron top executives and officials led by Ms.  Cecille Ang were joined by local officials headed by Bataan Governor Abet Garcia during the inauguration of the 20th vaccination site in the province that can accommodate 300 persons per day.

National Task Force Against COVID19 deputy chief implementer, Sec. Vince Dizon also graced the event.
