Russian missiles rain on Ukraine

AFTER long days of tense situations, Russian forces finally rained its vaunted missiles on Ukraine and launched an offensive from land, air and sea on Thursday.

Explosions can be heard near the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, and damaged Ukrainian military facilities as an aftermath of the attack.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, meanwhile called on Ukrainians to be ready to defend the Motherland against outside forces.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was totally defiant of his actions, even hinting of circumstances aimed at those who continue to criticize his plans, mainly to demilitarize and “denazify” Ukraine.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), on the other hand, immediately placed over 100 warplanes on alert, but NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg remarked there are no plans to deploy forces in Ukraine.
