LUMPIANG SHANGHAI

Amount, Ingredients and Preparation

1 tub (250 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL-AROUND CHICKEN GINILING

10 pcs Lumpia/ spring roll wrappers (6-inch)

2 cups Cooking oil

Procedure:

Place 25 g of Chicken Giniling on lumpia wrappers.

Brush edges with water. Fold sides then roll to seal completely.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry lumpia for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown & cooked through.

Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 2 servings.
