Palace hints at reverting to stricter quarantine for Cordillera, Davao

MALACAÑANG hinted at reverting two regions back to stricter quarantine levels starting next month, says presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.

According to Roque, the Cordilleras and Davao Region are nearing “moderate risk” levels for COVID19 bed utilization, which is among the considerations for quarantine level.

“Candidates po iyang 2 rehiyon for escalation ng community quarantine,” Roque said in a press briefing.

Quarantine classifications for February will be announced this week, he said.
