Walang nakikitang foul play at aksidente lang umano ang pagkamatay ng hepe ng counter-terrorism division ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), ayon sa Department of Justice (DOJ).
Sinabi ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra na ipinabatid sa kanya ni NBI OIC Director Eric Distor na ang pagkamatay ni Head Agent Raoul Manguerra ay “accidental fire.”
Gayunman, hindi binanggit ni Distor kung sino ang nagpaputok.
“Foul play, however, appears to be out of the question,” ayon kay Guevarra.
