Incumbent Mayor Lenj Paulino, ABC President Eche Ponge, Vice Mayor Jong Cortez, and Arnold Vegafria—the four mayoral aspirants—led the gathering at the Olongapo City National High School Quadrangle at 6:00 AM. The participants then walked to the SMX Function Hall at SM Olongapo Central, symbolizing a collective commitment to a peaceful and collaborative election season.

Also in attendance were vice-mayoral candidates Rodel Cerezo, Gina Perez, Prudie Jalandoni, Kaye Legaspi, and Luigi Lipumano, along with city council aspirants from various political parties. Among the early arrivals were councilor hopefuls Ying Anonat, Randy Sionzon Jr., Donald Aquino, Rody Catologan, Noel Atienza, and Rowel Catigawan.

Notable figures such as BCDA Director Rolen Paulino Sr., DILG City Director Zotico Villanueva, and several barangay officials were also present, further emphasizing the event’s bipartisan nature.
