THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said that it does not recognize any PCG Auxiliary (PCGA) recruitment conducted through unofficial channels.
In an advisory published on its Facebook page, the PCG reiterates that all legitimate PCGA recruitment activities are free of charge and conducted only through authorized PCG units and official communication platforms. The activity is never processed through social media groups, third-party web sites, or unofficial messaging apps.
The PCG advised the public to report any suspicious activities immediately to the Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Staff for Civil Relations Service, CG-7, through 0965-620-7400 or email at [email protected]
