Mobile prayer vehicles are now visible and seen roaming and patrolling in Bulacan province throughout the day on 24/7 basis and also at the coastal areas particularly in some small islands through a boat.

The mobile prayer patrols were deployed to conduct whole day of roaming by broadcasting prayers of healing and hope from the voice of Governor Daniel Fernando to boost the morale of the Bulakenyos, particularly those who were infected and died of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

According to Governor Fernando, six vehicles will be used in land for 21 towns and three cities and a boat will tour in the small islands from the coastal areas.

Coastal areas with small islands include the Masukol Islands in Paombong town; islands in Pamarawan and Babatnin in Malolos and Taliptip island in Bulacan town, and in Pugad and Tibaguin islands in Hagonoy town.

Large mobile speakers were placed in these vehicles to keep playing non-stop a prayer by the governor throughout the day. There is also a tarpaulin of the governor seen praying for his people who are now facing a health crisis caused by the pandemic.

This is not the time of politics and criticism, all we need is to increase our calling on God 100 times,” he added.

Even the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) has its “Oplan Bandillo” where the patrols from the police stations roam to warn people to strictly implement and comply with the minimum standard of health protocols.

Based on the latest records of the Provincial Health Office, as of May 4, 2021, it appears that the recovery rate in Bulacan is 87.9 percent wherein 23,750 have recovered from 27,004 confirmed cases while 646 died with 2,608 active COVID-19 cases in the province.
