Kontrata sa delivery ng equipment at supplies sa 2022 elections, iginawad sa F2 Logistics

INAPRUBAHAN na ng en banc ng Commission on Elections ang notice of award para sa P1.61 bilyong kontrata sa kumpanyang F2 Logistics upang pangasiwaan ang delivery ng automated election system-related equipment, vote counting machines (VCMs), mga balota at uba pang suplay.

Kinumpirma ni Comelec Commissioner Marlon Casquejo na ibinigay na kaninang umaga ang kontrata sa F2 Logistics na iniuugnay sa negosyanteng si Dennis Uy na isa sa mga sumuporta sa kandidatura ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte nuong 2016 national eletions.

“Well, just this morning, the award has already been given to them. They were most qualified as the bidder for the deployment. They just got the award of the contract,” ayon kay Casquejo sa isang panayam sa telebisyon.

Ayon kay Casquejo, maituturing na pinaka-kuwalipikado sa lahat ng mga naging bidder ang nasabing kumpanya at transparent naman aniya ang naging proseso lalo na’t ginawa ito online  na may presensya ng mga kinatawag ng Comelec Advisory Council, PPCRV at NAMFREL.

“We do online bidding process so there are reps from Comelec Advisory Council, even the PPCRV, also NAMFREL. With that, they know the process in the bidding,” dagdag ng opisyal.

Ipinunto ni Casquejo na batay sa mga panuntunan ng Government Procurement Policy Board, ang may pinakamababang bidding para sa kontrata sa pamahalaan ang kukunin.

It just so happened that we are just following the GPPB rules as I have said that we have to comply with the lowest calculated bid…F2 Logistics [has] the lowest calculated bid in the deployment of AES supplies,” pahayag pa ni Casquejo.
