Jazz bounces back after back-to-back losses, slaughters Kings

The Utah Jazz bounced back from back-to-back losses and slaughtered the Sacramento King in a lopsided game in the NBA today, 154-105.

Leading Utah for the win is shooting forward Bojan Bogdanovic with the game-high 24 points followed by Fil-Am sendation Jordab Clarkson with 23.

Buddy Hield and Richaun Holmes both scored team-highs 18 points for the Kings.

The league-leading Jazz is the first team in the NBA to clinch one of the playoff spots in the ongoing season. Today, the second playoff spot was claimed by the Phoenix Suns after winning over the Los Angeles Clippers.

The NBA playoffs will be done from May 18 to 21 under a Play-In Tournament with six games involving eight teams each in the Eastern and Western Conference.

Under this format, the Play-In Tournament will be held at home arenas, with the highest-winning percentage teams hosting each game.

The Jazz, which plays in the Western Conference, is the overall leader in the team standings with 45 wins and 15 loses. Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets currently leads all East teams with a 42-20 record.
