The official canvassing of votes by the NBOC will start tomorrow, May 24. The House Speaker and the Senate President will lead the NBOC canvassing, which will be held at the plenary hall of the House of Representatives in Quezon City.
Under the resolution, the House and the Senate will convene in a joint session starting at 10 am to name the members of the NBOC and to lay down the rules for canvassing.
The session shall then resume in the afternoon, that will signal the start of canvassing.
