After just scoring 2 points in his last game, Fil-Am sensation Jordan Clarkson exploded with a game-high 30 points today to lead Utah Jazz tame the host Atlanta Hawks, 116-98.
Clarkson also contributed 4 rebounds and 3 assists for an all-around performance.
Two games ago, Clarkson’s 99 straight games with at least a 3-point shot made ended but good enough to set a Jazz franchise record.
The Hawks meanwhile was led by star guard Trae Young with 21 points, 7 assists and 3 rebounds.
The heroics of Clarkson came on time to cover for the absence of Utah’s leading scorer Donovan Mitchell who was out due to an injury.
