Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Zambales Provincial Director Enrique Tacbad led the launching of the DTI Young Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) in cooperation with the MSMED Council Olongapo Chapter and HarborPoint Mall.
The Young Entrepreneurship Act is a promotion and development program for youth entrepreneurship through education and specialized training programs.
