The Philippines continues to cement its reputation as a global powerhouse for digital transformation and business excellence, as Concentrix recently unveiled its latest milestone in Quezon City. The country’s largest private employer introduced iX360, a cutting-edge immersive experience center designed to showcase intelligent solutions, alongside the official opening of its newest operations site at GBF Tower 2. This dual launch represents a significant commitment to strengthening the local innovation ecosystem by merging advanced technology with Filipino talent and purposeful design.
At the core of this expansion is the iX360 environment, which serves as a departure from traditional corporate showrooms. It is a next-generation space where clients and employees can collaborate on solutions driven by artificial intelligence, automation, and deep analytics. By providing a platform for immersive, real-world simulations, the center bridges the gap between high-level strategy and actual execution. Organizations are invited to engage directly with the very technologies that are currently reshaping the future of customer experience, allowing for a more hands-on approach to problem-solving.
This technological leap is physically anchored at the GBF Tower in Quezon City, which now serves as the 52nd site for Concentrix in the Philippines. Spanning seven floors and nearly 20,000 square meters, the facility accommodates almost 4,000 employees who support a diverse range of industries, including FinTech, digital media, education, retail, and wellness. The combined investment for both the iX360 center and the GBF site reaches approximately PHP2 billion, illustrating the scale of the company’s dedication to local growth. To ensure a world-class work environment, the site is outfitted with extensive amenities such as a gym, medical clinic, wellness areas, multiple pantries, and even sleeping quarters and shower rooms.
The expansion also highlights a deeper philosophy regarding the relationship between human workers and emerging tech. Concentrix emphasizes that artificial intelligence and human potential are not competing forces but are instead powerful enablers of one another. The goal is to use technology to amplify human capability rather than replace it. By integrating AI-driven solutions into the workflow, the company aims to enhance productivity and unlock new creative opportunities for its workforce, ensuring that Filipino talent remains globally competitive in an increasingly automated world.
The launch saw strong support from various government and industry partners, including the DICT, PEZA, and TESDA, as well as private sector leaders. These collaborations are essential for building a secure and inclusive digital ecosystem that supports national ambitions. With over 100,000 employees across the country, Concentrix continues to redefine the future of work by driving innovation and contributing to a future-ready Philippines. This commitment to excellence has already earned the company high accolades, including being named among the most inspiring and best workplaces in the region for its impactful employment practices.
