BDO Unibank, Inc. on Saturday advised its clients that the bank’s mobile banking app is inaccessible on iPhones updated to the recently released iOS 14 mobile operating system.
“To our customers who recently updated their iPhones to the new iOS 14: You will get a security notification that prevents you from opening the BDO Mobile Banking app. This is because of the recent iOS update,” BDO said in an advisory posted on Facebook.
“Please rest assured we are working on making the app fully supported on iOS 14. We apologize for this inconvenience,” the bank added.
The bank advised clients to do their digital banking via bank’s website, www.bdo.com.ph, instead.
