Balik “pre-Delta” level ang bilang ng mga bagong kaso ng COVID-19 sa NCR — OCTA

SINABI ng isang grupo ng mga eksperto na balik na sa pre-Delta surge level ang bilang ng mga naitatalang bagong kaso ng COVID-19 sa National Capital Region (NCR).

Ayon kay Dr. Guido Davi, ng OCTA Research Group, hanggang noong Nobyembre 3, ang seven-day average ng NCR ay kasing-baba na lamang bago magkaroon ng surge na nagsimula noong Hulyo.

Dagdag pa nito na ang average ng mga kaso ng sakit kada araw sa rehiyon ay nasa 600 na lamang.

If we look at NCR, if we look at the seven-day average as of November 3, it’s actually already as low as before the [surge] started in July,” ani David sa lingguhang Pandesal Forum.

We are averaging about 600 cases per day, so essentially we have reversed the Delta surge already in the NCR. We are back to where we were before the surge in July,” paliwanag ni David.

Batay sa pinakahuling datos ng OCTA, nabatid na ang average daily attack rate (ADAR) sa NCR ay nasa 4.45 per 100,000 individuals na lamang.

Nangangahulugan ito, sabi ni David, na may average na apat na katao sa bawat 100,000 indibidwal sa rehiyon ang dinadapuan ng virus sa isang araw.
