MAJORITY of individuals already vaccinated against COVID-19 did not experience any form of side effects or adverse reactions after getting the jab.
According to DOH spokesperson and Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, around 99.92 percent of the vaccinated did not experience side effects while only 0.08 percent had mild side effects.
The most common side effects are pain in the injection site, dizziness or nausea, headaches, pain in the back and hands.
There were those that experienced high blood pressure, perspired and experienced inflammation and skin rash.
However, the side effects, Vergeire said, will be gone after one to three days.
But side effects are nothing compared to having protection against major ailments such as COVID-19.
