African teacher in PH copes up with the adverse effects of the global pandemic

It took local volunteers and the local government of the lakeshore town of Binangonan in Rizal Province to help an African teacher copes up with the adverse effects of the global pandemic.

The LGU has provided the African teacher, who’s name was withheld, who has been living in extreme poverty in an abandoned house that neither has electricity now water in Binangonan, Rizal.

The BAC, through municipal administrator Russel Callanta Ynares, has since moved the foreign national to a temporary shelter until he finally gets his wish to fly back home.
