Social media personality Cherry White has surrendered her driver’s license to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) as part of a 90-day preventive suspension order issued against her.
The disciplinary action stems from a viral video where White was seen driving with her feet up on the dashboard while dancing behind the wheel, prompting public outcry and an immediate response from authorities.
In a formal appearance at the LTO, White apologized for her actions and expressed remorse for the reckless behavior captured in the footage.
As part of the ongoing investigation, the LTO has also directed White to submit by July 21 all documents pertaining to the vehicle used in the viral video.
The agency reiterated its warning to motorists and online influencers that dangerous behavior on the road—especially when broadcast on social media—will not be tolerated.
