A heartbreaking motorcycle accident occurred this morning in Barangay Tala, Orani, Bataan, when a couple riding a single motorcycle attempted to overtake on a dangerous curve, only to lose control and plunge into a nearby ravine.
Authorities are currently working to rescue the victims, with their condition remaining unknown at the time of this report.
This treacherous curve has a history of deadly incidents. In November 2022, a bus carrying Quezon City teachers met a similar fate in the same area. A brake failure caused the bus to fall into a 15-meter ravine, resulting in the death of one teacher and injuries to many others.
