VIVENCIO “Vince” Dizon, the COVID-19 testing czar, took his oath as the new Presidential Adviser for COVID-19 response.
Dizon took his oath in front of President Rodrigo Duterte in Malacanang last night.
Witnessing the oath-taking was Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.
Dizon, who was the former Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) chief, was accompanied by his wife Christine and daughter Natalie Louise.
