House-to-house distribution of vaccination forms done in Angeles, Pampanga

THE city government of Angeles in Pampanga conducted a house-to-house distribution of vaccination forms, specifically to the 16,284 residents of Barangay Cutcut on Monday morning.

The distribution was in preparation for the three-day inoculation event at the City College of Angeles under the Sundo Bakuna vaccination program that will be held from August 24 to 26, 2021.

The Sundo Bakuna vaccination program is part of the city government’s efforts to fast-track the ongoing vaccination and bring vaccines closer to the people.

Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. led the activity and was assisted by Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.

Other city officials present during the distribution were Gender and Development Officer-in-Charge Mina Cabiles, Barangay Cutcut chairman Cecilia Nepomuceno, members of the City Social Welfare and Development Office, Angeles City Economic Development Investment Promotions Office, Mayor’s Office, Information Communication Technology Division, and Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

IC Calaguas, Lazatin’s chief adviser, said six buses and 10 jeepneys are being dispersed around the barangays for the designated pick-up points of Barangay Cutcut residents.
