Expecting a good number of its citizens to arrive for vaccination, the local government of Pulilan in Bulacan designated the SM Center Pulilan as one of the town’s official vaccination sites.
Pulilan hoped to inoculate over 200 individuals under the A1 to A2 priority groups composed of health workers, front liners, and some senior citizens.
The mall’s activity centers and hallways were converted as holding area for medical and physical assessment, triage, and inoculation.
Recipients received their initial dose of the Sinovac and AstraZeneca vaccines and are expected to return a couple of weeks for their second dose. Around 700 more will get vaccinated with the resumption of the activity on April 07 and 08.
Being one of the four provinces placed under extended ECQ due to rising COVID-19 cases, the local government of Pulilan continues to call on its residents to register via momcares.pulilan.gov.ph and get vaccinated.
With this partnership, SM Center Pulilan hopes to provide convenient, safe, and accessible venue for the community to get vaccinated.
The Municipality of Pulilan targets to vaccinate the town’s 40,000 population as it acquired 80,000 doses of the Astra Zeneca vaccine.
