Camp Gen Alejo Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan- 11 drug suspects, four wanted persons and thirteen illegal gamblers were arrested in different police operations by Bulacan cops on Friday.
Based from the report submitted to Police Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, 12 drug suspects were arrested in different buy-bust operations conducted by the operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Municipal Police Stations of Paombong, Guiguinto, San Rafael, Norzgaray, San Miguel and Pandi.
The arrested suspects were identified as Michael De Leon, Jancith Santos, George Montero, Michael Edgar Talusan, Reyman Quitoriano, Marlon Avillanosa, Jaypee Arimado (Included in the Badac Drug Watchlist), Allenjane Huring, Dennis Decano (Included in the Badac Wathlist), Jayson Ebuenga, Jernel Saranillo. A total of thirty-two plastic sachets of shabu, two plastic sachets of dried marijuana leaves and buy-bust money were confiscated from the suspects.
Meanwhile, four wanted persons were arrested in different manhunt operations by the tracker team of Plaridel, San Ildefonso, Bocaue Police Stations and Bulacan Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG). The wanted persons were identified as Ricky Contreras y Cruz, arrested in Brgy Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan for Qualified Theft; Premar Iligan y Sagay, arrested in Brgy. Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan for Less Serious Physical Injuries; Roberto Santos y Tungol, arrested in Brgy San Pascual, Hagonoy, Bulacan for Acts of Lasciviousness and Martin John De Oro Y Bautista, arrested in Brgy. Batia Bocaue, Bulacan for Viol. of C.O. 730 (Anti-Smoking).
Moreover, thirteen suspects were arrested in different anti-illegal gambling operations of Guiguinto, Bocaue and Pandi Police Stations.
The suspects were caught playing and betting tong-its and billiards. Assorted gambling paraphernalia and bet money were recovered from the suspects.
Appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
