𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼, 𝗞𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

THE RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD), an independent, non-commissioned survey firm has announced its results of their End of the Year (EOY) national survey for all House of Representatives-District Representatives and members on their overall performance for the year 2022.

𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 (District 2) is the Top District Representative in the Central Luzon Region, with the highest job performance rating of 95%.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝟭) of Zambales (District 1) placed second with a 92% score, followed by 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝘀 San Jose Del Monte (Lone District) with 90 percentage points. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮 of Aurora (Lone District) and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 of Pampanga (District 3) is statistically tied with 88 percent approval for the 4th spot. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 of Bulacan (District 4) and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗼 of Nueva Ecija (District 2) positioned fifth with 86 percent.

Rounding up the Top 10 were 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 of Nueva Ecija (District 1),84%; 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼 of Bulacan (District 3),83%; 𝗥𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮 of Nueva Ecija (District 3),82%; 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗮𝗽 of Tarlac (District 2), 81%; and 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 of Bataan (District 1), 80%.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘇, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗣𝗠𝗗, stated that the ratings and rankings of each District Representative were determined by their constituents based on the following factors: “𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” “𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 “𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.”

In addition, the RPMD’s “Boses ng Bayan” survey shows that 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗝𝗿. and 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 scored high evaluations for their work performance in Central Luzon. President Marcos scored 90 percent, while Vice President Duterte received 87% job approval.

The RPMD “Boses ng Bayan” survey conducted November 27-December 2, 2022, by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc., per district in every region with a total of 10,000 respondents who were asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way [name of District Representative] is handling his/her job as Congressman/Congresswoman?”.

The margin of error is plus or minus one percent.
