THE RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD), an independent, non-commissioned survey firm has announced its results of their End of the Year (EOY) national survey for all House of Representatives-District Representatives and members on their overall performance for the year 2022.
๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ (District 2) is the Top District Representative in the Central Luzon Region, with the highest job performance rating of 95%.
๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ต๐๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ (๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ญ) of Zambales (District 1) placed second with a 92% score, followed by ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ San Jose Del Monte (Lone District) with 90 percentage points. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ of Aurora (Lone District) and ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ of Pampanga (District 3) is statistically tied with 88 percent approval for the 4th spot. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ of Bulacan (District 4) and ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด. ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ต ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ผ of Nueva Ecija (District 2) positioned fifth with 86 percent.
Rounding up the Top 10 were ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ ๐ถ๐ธ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด of Nueva Ecija (District 1),84%; ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ of Bulacan (District 3),83%; ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ of Nueva Ecija (District 3),82%; ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฝ of Tarlac (District 2), 81%; and ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป of Bataan (District 1), 80%.

In addition, the RPMD’s “Boses ng Bayan” survey shows that ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฟ. and ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ scored high evaluations for their work performance in Central Luzon. President Marcos scored 90 percent, while Vice President Duterte received 87% job approval.
The RPMD “Boses ng Bayan” survey conducted November 27-December 2, 2022, by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc., per district in every region with a total of 10,000 respondents who were asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way [name of District Representative] is handling his/her job as Congressman/Congresswoman?”.
The margin of error is plus or minus one percent.
