QCPD strengthens security partnership with business establishments in Quezon City

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD), under the leadership of PCOL Randy Glenn Silvio, convened a Coordinating Meeting with security managers, operators, consultants, and heads of malls, financial institutions, restaurants, hotels, and other business establishments at 1:00 p.m. on September 9, 2025, at the QCPD Hinirang Social Hall, Camp Karingal, Quezon City.

The activity, in line with the directive of Acting CPNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio Nartatez, Jr. to review and strengthen security measures in vital installations and other key areas, was graced by PBGEN Manuel Abrugena, ADRDO, NCRPO, who joined as Special Guest via Zoom.

Discussions focused on enhancing collaboration with the private sector to ensure safer business environments. Highlights included the presentation of the 8-Focus Crime Statistics covering January 1 to August 30, 2025, updates on internal security, operational accomplishments, and quick response strategies of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Also in attendance were members of the Command Group, District Staff, Station Commanders from PS 1 to PS 16, Chiefs of Offices, and other QCPD personnel.
