SUBCRIBERS of Converge ICT was hit by a massive connection problem that started past 12 noon today.
Service was restored about two hours later.
In an advisory, Converge said their technical team continues to conduct repairs to restore connectivity.
The company also apologized to the public for the inconvenience caused by the technical problem and sought the public’s patience and understanding.
Converge also said they will provide updates about the restoration of service through their social media platform.
