LTO-NCR strengthens commitment to accessible public service through ‘LAB FOR ALL’ initiative

The Land Transportation Office–National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) reaffirmed its support for the LAB FOR ALL (LFA) initiative on Thursday, a flagship program led by First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos in collaboration with national government agencies, local government units, and the private sector.

Since its launch in May 2023, LFA has reached 40 locations nationwide, delivering essential services to communities across the country.

As an active partner in the initiative, LTO-NCR has been deploying “LTO-On-Wheels,” a mobile unit designed to make its services more accessible to the public.

LTO-NCR Regional Director Roque “Rox” Verzosa III highlighted the agency’s commitment to bringing transportation services directly to the people.

“The LTO-NCR is proud to be part of the LAB FOR ALL initiative. Through our LTO-On-Wheels project, we are able to provide Student Permits, Driver’s License Renewals (both Non-Professional and Professional), and Motor Vehicle Renewal Registration right where they are needed,” he said.

In 2024, LTO-NCR participated in LAB FOR ALL caravans in Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Pasig, and Pasay, serving thousands of motorists and residents. Most recently, it took part in the Navotas LFA Caravan, further reinforcing its dedication to accessible and efficient public service.

Verzosa assured the public that as the LAB FOR ALL initiative continues to expand, LTO-NCR will strengthen its presence in future caravans, ensuring that transportation-related services remain within reach of every Filipino.
