SOON enough ferry boats to and from mainland Binangonan and Talim Island off the Laguna de Bay, which can be called the Talim Island Ferry System, would be legitimized as the local government starts finding ways to register and facilitate the provision of a transport franchise for the only transportation means for thousands of residents from the town’s 17 island barangays.
