Four people were killed, and 25 others were injured after a truck lost its brakes and plowed into vehicles on the northbound lane of the Katipunan Avenue flyover in Quezon City on Thursday night.
According to the report, at least 20 vehicles were involved in the collision, including motorcycles.
Among the vehicles in front of the truck that were crushed were a closed van, a sedan, motorcycles, and other vehicles.
The report confirmed that four fatalities were recorded based on information from the Quezon City Police District-Traffic Sector 3.
The truck reportedly lost its brakes, causing the multi-vehicle collision.
The Quezon City Traffic Sector 3 stated that the crash involved 16 motorcycles, five four-wheeled vehicles, a bus, and the truck.
