THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported that approximately 122 passengers at three ports in Eastern Visayas are stranded due to the impact of typhoon Crising in the area
The ports affected include those in Maasin, Benit and Padre Burgos.
According to the monitoring of the PCG, around 60 rolling cargoes and three vessels were affected by the typhoon and cannot travel to the aforementioned ports.
Two vessels were also temporarily docked at another port due to continuing bad weather conditions.
In the latest advisory from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA, Typhoon Crising remains strong as it moves west-northwest over the Bicol Region.
