In a major law enforcement effort, 24 wanted individuals—including eight Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) and 16 Other Wanted Persons (OWPs)—were arrested by the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) during its intensified “Warrant Day” operations held from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on June 13, 2025.
Under the leadership of PCOL Randy Glenn G. Silvio, QCPD’s District Director for Administration and Officer-in-Charge, the synchronized operations were conducted across various police units and stations.
Highlights of Arrested MWPs:
Alias “Tom” (19) – No. 2 MWP of PS 5, arrested in Brgy. Payatas for Rape and Sexual Assault (RTC Branch 89, QC).
Alias “Jeffrey” (32) – No. 8 MWP of PS 4, arrested at PS 4 Custodial Facility for Illegal Possession of Firearms (R.A. 10591).
Alias “Roger” (45) – No. 1 MWP of PS 6, arrested in Northern Samar for 4 counts of Qualified Rape (RTC Branch 106, QC).
Alias “Maria” (52) – No. 7 MWP of PS 7, arrested in Baliwag, Bulacan for Violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (R.A. 9165).
Alias “Jhoward” (24) – No. 8 MWP of PS 11, arrested at Parañaque City Jail for Robbery.
Alias “Michael” (25) – No. 7 MWP of PS 13, arrested in Brgy. Payatas for Drug Violation (R.A. 9165).
Alias “Rodrigo” (26) – No. 9 MWP of PS 13, also arrested in Brgy. Payatas for Drug Violation (R.A. 9165).
Alias “John Cedric” – No. 6 MWP of PS 15, arrested at Trece Martires City Jail for Robbery with Force Upon Things.
Arrests of OWPs:
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU), District Anti-Carnapping Unit (DACU), and Kamuning PS 10 each recorded two arrests. Additional arrests were made by PS 2 (three arrests), and PS 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 14, and 15 (one arrest each).
The respective courts of origin will be notified regarding the arrests, ensuring appropriate legal proceedings follow.
